Church Langton, Leicestershire

Outline Planning Application Submitted

An outline planning application has been submitted for 16 dwellings on land to the south east of Church Langton. Our proposal consists of 10 private and 6 affordable dwellings.

The layout of the scheme has been designed taking a single access from Church Causeway across the southern edge of the site. The access will be designed as a low-key parkland estate road bound by new tree planting, a timber post and rail fence and native hedgerow. The development seeks to secure a high-quality design response in keeping with the wider character and setting of the settlement. The development shall also provide a new footpath link around the southern edge of the settlement and underground the overhead electricity cables.

Planning Application Submitted

Langton Developments recently acquired a substantial manor house and grounds in Brancaster on the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
